Community Rights Made Real

Since the beginning of this month new laws have been enacted which communities can use in local areas. They are called Community Rights, and are the Community Right to Bid, Right to Challenge, and Right to Build and there are also new laws about neighbourhood planning. Here in Dudley we have been working with national charity Urban Forum. To test out how these rights for communities can be made real through a project called Community Rights Made Real.
